My role as Director of Training in Analytics & GMP (Google Marketing Platform) involves delivering training to clients on a wide range of topics, with a primary focus on Google Analytics 4, Google BigQuery, Python for Data Science, and much more. This transition marks a shift from consulting to training, where I'll be responsible for imparting knowledge and helping organizations leverage the power of data and analytics.

At BlastX, I was accustomed to working 100% remotely, which provided a great deal of flexibility and allowed me to tailor my work setup to my preferences. However, at Jellyfish, I'm now experiencing a different work dynamic.

I've transitioned to a hybrid work model, which means I spend a significant portion of my workweek at Jellyfish's office in London's iconic Shard building. This shift from complete remote work to a 60% remote and 40% in-office arrangement has been quite an adjustment, but it comes with its own set of advantages.

Returning to the Office at the Shard

The Shard is not just any office building; it's an architectural marvel that pierces the London skyline. Walking into this stunning glass skyscraper every week is an experience in itself.
